Protech are proudly blue collar, and we’re looking for Australia’s Hi-Vis Heroes. If you (or someone you know) starts early, gets dirty, and proudly wears a hi-vis uniform every day, you’re exactly who we’re looking for!
What makes a Hi-Vis Hero? Protech’s judging panel will be looking for people that display the following characteristics:
- Sets the Standard: A Hi-Vis Hero sets the tone on site, showing up with the right attitude, doing things properly, and inspiring others through their actions.
- Looks after their mates: A Hi-Vis Hero looks out for their mates and helps create a safer, stronger workplace, including supporting mental health as well as physical safety.
- Rolls up their sleeves: A Hi-Vis Hero doesn’t stand back when things get tough, they get in, get involved, and do what needs to be done.
- Takes pride in their work: A Hi-Vis Hero cares about doing the job well, represents their work with pride, and brings grit and commitment to every shift.
